All Angels Come on a Gift Card
It is our goal to keep our customers involved in the ordering process every step of the way. This is what you will expect when you place your order:
1) Place your order on our secure server using a Credit Card, PayPal or via Mail using Check or U.S. Postal Money Order.
2) You will receive an e-mail from us that your order has been received. I try to process orders within 24 hours if the product is available and already made up. Otherwise, allow 3 to 4 business days to complete the order. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
3) When your item has been shipped, we will notify you that your item has been shipped via email.
4) If you have any questions, problems or concerns about ordering an item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sales Tax of 2.9% will be added for Colorado residents.
Credit Card Orders:
Credit card payments can be made through our secure ordering page, Paypal, or you may call me with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card number.
After we personally review the details of your order, we authorize/process payment. Once payment is authorized/processed successfully, your order will be in process. If payment wasn't successful (incorrect expire date, missing visa numbers, etc.), we will send an email every 24 hrs. indicating "Invalid Credit Card" and/or try to call you via telephone. If we are unable to reach you via telephone or email within 3 days, we will cancel the order.
Credit Card Payment Via Our Secure Page:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Credit Card Payment Via Phone Option:
If you choose the "pay by credit card via phone option," please call Denise at 970-454-2152 or on her cell phone at 970-590-2162. I only accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover via the Phone Option. I will need your name, order # and the total amount of your order. Please provide me with your credit card number, expiration date, and the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card. I also need the billing address of the credit card if you did not provide it on the order form. If for some reason I am unable to take your call, please leave me a message and I'll call you back as soon as possible. You may leave this information on my answering machine. Please call between 7:30am and 9:30pm (Mountain Standard Time)9:30am and 11:30pm (Eastern Standard Time). Thank You.

Locating your Credit Card CCV/CCV2 Security Code:
Where can I find it?
The 3-digit code is located on the back of your card, inside the signature area. Typically the signature panel will have a series of numbers, but only the last three digits make up the CVV2 code.
What does it do?
It's actually more about what it prevents. When shopping online or over the phone, the 3-digit code helps merchants ensure that the card is in the right hands. Merchants will request the CVV2 at checkout from the cardholder, and the information is sent electronically to the card-issuing bank to verify its validity. Within seconds the CVV2 results are returned with authorization. If it's returned invalid, merchants have the right to stop the transaction.
And for your added protection, merchants are prohibited from keeping or storing the CVV2 number after the transaction has been completed.

How PayPal Works: PayPal takes the place of a terminal machine like you would use in a store. We are set up through PayPal to handle credit cards for us. All transactions done via PayPal are secure.
PayPal is a well-accepted method of payment on many internet sites including eBay. PayPal is FREE! Setting up an account is very easy, taking only 5 - 10 minutes. Clicking on the Pay Pal Button below takes you directly to their site.
You will be asked what email address to send your payment to. My account name is: email@example.com.
Your credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PayPal*AngelDesign."
Check or Postal Money Order:
For Money Order: When we receive payment, we will notify you via email that payment has been received and process your order.
For Check: (Made Payable to: Denise Wiedeman). Allow seven banking days for checks to clear. Once payment has cleared, we'll process your order.
Returned Check Policy:
A $20.00 Service Charge will apply to all checks returned due to insufficient funds. In addition, the total order amount plus service charge will be due payable by United States Postal Money Order ONLY within ten days of customer notification.
Please contact me directly via email or phone if you are outside of the United States for shipping and handling charges. Currently we are shipping to the upper 50 United States, Canada, and Great Britain. Canadian and Great Britain shipments must be in US dollars through PayPal or US credit card. If you want to order and are in another country, please contact me via email.
We are not responsible for duty or customs fees. Once we receive your order, your credit card will be charged the total before shipping and handling charges. Since we may not know the total weight before the item is made and packed, we will notify you of the additional charge to your account for remainder of the shipping costs. We will then either charge your credit card the shipping charges or you can send us the balance through your PayPal account. Once we receive the payment, we will ship your order. Insurance is not available to all countries. International shipping rates can be viewed at http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.html.
We are not responsible for lost International shipments or United States shipments.
I ship all orders through the United States Post Office within *3-4 work days from the time your payment is received except for large or special orders. (contact me on large orders for expected delivery time). Since jewelry is so light in weight, this is the most economical way to ship. You will be notified if there are any delays.
*Please allow an additional 7 banking days for payments made by check. Insurance on merchandise is optional.
The average delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days. The postal service does not guarantee a specific shipment time.
When the overnight speed of Express Mail is not needed but preferential handling is desired, use Priority Mail. The Postal Service maintains high service reliability standard for Priority Mail and our usual performance is 2-3 day delivery to major destinations within the contiguous United States. However, it is important to check the postal website for average delivery times from 80615 to the destination zip code. There are cases that may make the delivery time longer (national bad weather, holidays, etc.). It is always a good idea to order an item as early as possible to ensure a timely delivery.
Express Mail (Overnight):
U.S.P.S. Express Mail is costly; however, we do recognize customer's occasional need for faster shipment. Please note that Express Mail is not necessarily guaranteed overnight delivery. Some postal zones take two days. This depends on the zone, in which you live, which is determined by the post office at time of shipment. You can check to see if it is available for your zip code at this address: http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp.
The ship from zip code would be 80634.
Express mail is available to addresses in the United States only. You MUST contact me via email or phone to see if it is possible for your address. I live 20 miles from a post office that has Express Overnight Shipping. If you need your order shipped Overnight please call me at 970-454-2152(home) or 970-590-2162(cell) to see if I am able to get it to the post office on time. Shipping Overnight from my post office will always take 2 days.
The charge is $2.30 for $100 of insurance. If there is a claim, the claim can only be for the amount of the item.
If you have insured the package and do not receive it after 7 to 10 days, we will file Form 1510, "Mail Loss/ Rifling Report." Please allow up to thirty days to resolve any issues with the Postal Service and allow them time to investigate before a refund will be issued.

Free Gift Card:
We are happy to send items to recipients directly. No receipts are included. Receipts are sent directly to the purchaser. Indicate who the order is being shipped to on the check-out page.
I have small enclosure gift cards available at no extra charge. If you would like me to enclose a gift card, indicate the type of occasion card and the message you'd like on the card in the Gift Card on the Check-out page.
Special Custom Orders:
I welcome any special order request. If you don't see the type of angel pin you are looking for, please feel free to email me or call me with your request. I will do my best to create something for you. I do not make the visor clips or the pocket tokens. * Please note the custom order return policy below. Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipment.

Guarantee and Return Policy:
I make every effort in designing my merchandise to withstand normal wear. If one of my pieces if defective, you may return it for repair/replacement. If the item you have selected is not what you expected, you may return it or exchange it. Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipment.
Notify me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 970-454-2152 with your intent to return, reason why, and how to reach you. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be carefully packaged for return shipment. Postage and Insurance are non-refundable.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK INFORMATION:
We do not have our inventory status online. Therefore, there is a chance that we could sell out of an item the same day you place an order for it. If this happens, we will notify you promptly by phone or email of the estimated date of arrival of the merchandise and ask if you would like for us to fill your order upon its' arrival. You would not be asked to pay for it until we notify you that the order is ready for shipment.
We take every precaution to protect the privacy of our customers. We do not use or sell information you give us except to process your order or to send you update emails IF YOU REQUEST THEM. We do not share your information with others.
